Global Pharma Solutions founded in 2020 and registered in United Arab Emirates ( Dubai ) With more than 20 years practical experience in logistics and supply chain for the pharmaceutical, automotive and retail industry we have all the knowledge and expertise in-house to assist our clients in optimizing their operational and supply chain processes.

Founder
His experience in healthcare finds its origin in his position as Healthcare Compliance and Quality manager with Yusen Logistics Benelux and reaches from transforming an automotive warehouse into a temperature controlled pharmaceutical warehouse, setting up a European distribution network, an ocean freight cross-dock hub with CEIV certification in 2016.
Geert founded Global Pharma Solutions and is specialised on cold chain management by offering his experience in temperature-controlled warehousing and transportation by air, ocean and road to support healthcare related companies.
His analytical “out of the box” approach, holding a Master’s degree of Supply Chain Management at Vlerick Management School and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt together with his experience in Kaizen, Lean and continuous improvement which makes him a great asset to any company.
He is also managing partner of Leadership Management International, coaching leaders and organizations to their full potential through guaranteed programs such as Effective Personal Leadership, Effective Motivational Leadership, Effective Strategic Leadership and team dynamics.
Geert also worked on various projects to improve the worldwide collaboration and digitalization of the pharmaceutical supply chain.
As a pharma and cold chain logistics expert he is also an IATA CEIV Independent Validator and IATA External instructor for the CEIV program.
He is also a strong believer of education and training which are the foundation for solid and smooth operations in all industries.
